Pumpkin Molasses Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease 10 muffin cups or line with paper cups.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, sift together flours, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt and set aside.
