Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. milk or cream
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, milk or cream and butter or margarine.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; beat until creamy.
Add flavoring; mix well.
Spread on cake and sprinkle pecans on top.
