Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. grating cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. crushed oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mixing well, form in small balls. Brown slowly in hot olive oil (2 tablespoons) in large frying pan. Put in favorite tomato sauce and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
