Bourbon-Pecan-Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1 c. half and half
    3 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
    2 Tbsp. bourbon
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes or until set, then cool.
