Espresso Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon zest, grated
1 tsp. instant Espresso or coffee powder
Preparation

Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
Line baking sheets with foil.
On medium speed, beat egg whites until peaks form.
Beat in sugar gradually, along with pinch of salt.
Add lemon zest, Espresso and vanilla extract.
Beat on high.
