Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix meal, milk, oil and eggs.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch roasting pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
