Pork Chops With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    apples
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Fry pork chops until brown; sprinkle with salt and sage. Core apples and cut into rings. Put chops in baking dish; top with apple. Sprinkle sugar. In skillet, add flour to fat; blend. Add raisins and pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Delicious....
