Lemon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1/3 stick oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine and beat egg yolks, oleo, sugar, flour, lemon and milk.
    Beat egg whites and fold into mixture with a pinch of salt. Bake in buttered casserole in hot water at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
    (This also makes a good parfait.)
