Pepper Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice (tie in cloth)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    banana peppers
Preparation
    Put peppers in quart jar, taking out seeds and cutting them in strips.
    Add salt and olive oil to jar.
    Bring sugar, vinegar and pickling spice to boil.
    Pour mixture over peppers.
    Use more hot peppers than mild.
    Good with all types of veggies.
