Vietnamese Fried Eggs(Cha Trung) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 sausage (found in Asian markets)
salt as desired
black pepper
onion, chopped
green onion, chopped
fish sauce
oil as desired
a little sugar
Preparation

In a bowl mix eggs with salt, sugar, sauce, pepper and green onion.
Using low fire, put oil in a pan and when hot, fry the chopped onion until golden and saute the sausage for about 5 minutes.
Then pour egg mixture and spread over the whole pan. Wait until it cooks and serve.
