Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar (divided)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 (6oz. ea.) jars junior carrot baby food
1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (15oz.) tub part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
red, yellow, & green food coloring
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Grease two 9\" round layer cake pans; set aside.
