Beef And Blue Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of onion soup
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. blue cheese, crumbled
    ground black pepper to taste
    6 oz. wide noodles, cooked
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Microwave ground beef on High for 4-5 minutes and drain. Stir in soups, cheese and pepper.
    Cook on High, covered for 7-8 minutes.
    Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley.
