Zucchini Sauce With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium zucchini
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/4 oz. pignoli (pine) nuts
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. basil (dry) or 4 leaves (fresh)
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut zucchini
    lengthwise in quarters, then cut in half. Bring 1 inch of water with bay leaves to a boil in a saucepan. Add zucchini
    and
    boil
    for
    3
    minutes, covered.
    Remove bay leaves and
    discard.
    Add remaining ingredients and put everything in a blender and blend well.
    Serve over pasta.
