Red Cabbage And Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded red cabbage
    3 apples (unpeeled), finely chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. chopped, toasted walnuts
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apples, raisins and walnuts. In a measuring cup whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard,
    sugar, salt and pepper.
    Toss with salad.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or more.
    Makes 8 servings.
