No Fuss Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Russian or Catalina salad dressing
    1/3 c. apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, flattened
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine salad dressing, preserves and soup mix. Put chicken in 11 x 17 pan.
    Top with dressing mixture. Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Baste. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
    Serve over rice.
