Barbecued Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless round steak
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak and cut steak crosswise into 1-inch wide strips.
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add meat and cook, stirring constantly, until meat is evenly browned.
    Drain meat and pat dry with paper towels.
    Transfer meat to an 8-inch square baking dish and set aside.
