Green Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 1 c. milk
    pepper
    1 c. green beans
Preparation
    Cube potatoes and cook (half pan of water).
    Leave water in pan.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer until mixture is soupy. Serve with vinegar and sour cream.
