Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

3/4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 tsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, onions, chestnuts, rice, soup, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix mayonnaise with water and add to chicken mixture; add eggs.
Pour into a large baking dish (greased).
Top with potato chips.
Bake at 450\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until bubbly and slightly golden brown.
