Rhubarb Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 large pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juices
Preparation
    Cook enough rhubarb to yield 2 cups of sauce. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Add the crushed pineapple (including juice) and 2 cups rhubarb. Pour into large (1-quart or larger) mold or bowl. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Unmold and serve.
