Texas Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryer chickens
    2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water, to mix with soup
    2 c. instant rice, hot
Preparation
    Put rice in first (no water).
    Put chicken on top of rice.
    Add soups which have been mixed with water.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top.
    Do not mix.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
