Coconut-Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. shortening
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) frozen coconut, thawed (be sure and use the frozen)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and cream cheese; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
