Quick Hot Rolls! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald
    milk.
    Stir
    in sugar, salt and butter.\tCool to lukewarm.
    Measure\twarm
    water
    to
    large\tbowl.
    Sprinkle in yeast.
    Stir
    until dissolved.
    Add lukewarm milk mixture, egg and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to\tmake
    soft dough.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk (30 minutes).
