Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar
    3/4 to 1 block paraffin
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream margarine and peanut butter in medium bowl until light. Add confectioners sugar gradually, mixing well after each addition.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place balls on waxed paper-lined tray.
    Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Insert toothpick into each peanut butter ball; dip into chocolate mixture.
    Place on waxed paper-lined tray.
    Let stand until set.
    Store in airtight container.
    Paraffin measurement assumes paraffin to have 4 blocks in box.
    May add chopped pecans to peanut butter mixture or place pecan over hole made by toothpick.
    Yield: 80 servings.
