Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Generously grease a 3-quart casserole or baking dish.
    Cook noodles as package directs for al dente.
    Drain the noodles and toss them with the salad oil.
    Set aside.
