Beef Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. beef chuck (1-inch pieces)
1 c. onions, quartered
2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped coarsely
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked wide noodles
Preparation

Broil meat on rack about 5 to 10 minutes on each side until done.
Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, into a heavy skillet.
Simmer, covered, for 2 hours until meat is tender.
Stir in noodles.
Divide equally into 2 portions.
