Minestrone Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk mild Italian sausage
    1 medium stalk celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for spaghetti
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook sausage and celery in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is done.
    Drain.
    Mix sausage mixture, spaghetti, sauce mix and remaining ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole or rectangular baking dish (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch).
    Break up tomatoes.
    Cover and bake about 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Stir.
    Let stand uncovered about 5 minutes before serving.
    Yields 6 servings.
