Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can Shoe Peg white corn, drained
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Melt one stick of butter and 1 package of Ritz crackers.
Combine and use as topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
