Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    bay leaf
    celery
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
    2 c. small, seedless white grapes
    1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook chicken with bay leaf and celery for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
    Save broth.
    Cut up chicken.
    Add 1/2 cup celery and onion; mix.
    Mix Cool Whip and dressing; add to first mixture. Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add grapes.
    Chill at least 3 hours.
    Can add slivered almonds or raisins.
    Serves 8.
