Zucchini Rolls With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    3 medium zucchini
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. very thin ham
    basil
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-low.
    Add whole garlic cloves and cook until golden brown and soft (10 minutes).
    Remove garlic.
    Mash and set aside.
    Add onion and saute.
    Add tomatoes, salt and sugar.
    Partially cover and cook until chunky sauce forms.
    Remove from heat.
    Add mashed garlic.
