Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil the water, vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Let stand for a few hours before serving.
