Creamed Baby Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baby white onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk, heated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    To make peeling of onions easier, place them in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
    Drain and peel.
    Melt butter and blend in flour.
    Add warm milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes longer.
    Add seasonings and onions.
