Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
