Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    fryer chicken, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice over the bottom of baking pan (ungreased). Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of rice.
    Arrange pieces of chicken in single layers.
    Combine mushroom soup and water; mix until smooth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until chicken is tender (about 35 to 50 minutes).
