Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (7 oz.) box stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, soup and sour cream.
    Combine stuffing and melted butter.
    Sprinkle 1/2 on bottom of dish.
    Spoon squash mixture over, then spoon remaining stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
