Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small white mushrooms, stems removed
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. beer
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
    1/4 tsp. salad herbs, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place mushrooms in large clean jar.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over mushrooms.
    Cover tightly; turn jar to make sure all mushrooms are coated.
    Allow to stand at room temperature 2 hours.
    Store in refrigerator.
