Mushroom Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can onion soup
    2 cans mushrooms and juice (8 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Add rice and mix well. Stir mushrooms and soups together.
    Mix with rice.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Stir a couple of times.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
