Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. medium size noodles (uncooked)
    2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
    1/2 envelope spaghetti sauce seasoning
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Lightly brown meat in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add noodles. Drop cottage or Ricotta cheese mixture evenly with a spoon over noodles. Sprinkle cheese with spaghetti sauce mix, parsley flakes, basil and salt. Add tomato juice. Cover skillet. When steam appears, turn switch to lowest heat. Cook for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Return cover and let stand on warm until cheese melts. Serve and enjoy.
