Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. crushed Oreos
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening

Preparation

Crust:
Combine 2 cups crushed Oreos (food processor or blender works well) and two tablespoons margarine, melted.
Press in bottom and up sides of 10-inch spring-form pan.
