Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    shortening or oil
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Spoon drop patties into skillet and fry until brown on both sides (oil or shortening may be used).
