Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Caramelize 1 cup sugar and pour in pie pan.
Mix milk, cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth in blender. Pour over caramelized sugar.
Set pan into a larger container with one-inch of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cool slightly before turning out on platter.
