Chicken Cordon Bleu For One - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 thin slice cooked ham, finely chopped
1 oz. triangle process Gruyere cheese (Swiss)
sliver fresh garlic, crushed
dash of black pepper
1/2 whole chicken breast, boned and skinned
2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. vegetable oil
pinch of thyme leaves
Preparation

Mix
ham,
cheese, garlic, pepper
and\tthyme.\tUse
to stuff chicken breast in pocket left by boning.
Fold ends over to make roll.
Roll chicken in flour,
then
in
egg
and then coat with bread crumbs, coating well.
