Petit Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked (fresh) petit peas
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, let set in refrigerator for one hour. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
    Makes 6 servings.
