Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box butter cake mix
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (large)
4 bananas (enough to cover cake)
2 cans crushed pineapple (large)
2 cartons Cool Whip (8 oz.)
2 cartons frozen strawberries (sweet)
Preparation

Mix cake according to directions on box.
Bake in 2 layers. Place one in bottom of punch bowl.
Prepare pudding mix as directed.
Use 1/2 on first cake layer.
Slice bananas over top of pudding.
Pour one can of pineapple, juice and all over bananas. Pour 1/2 of strawberries over pineapple.
Top with one carton of Cool Whip.
Begin with other cake layer and repeat layering, ending with Cool Whip.
The Cool Whip on top is more showy if you place it in small snowball size, then the red strawberries can be seen.
