60 Minute Pan Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. (4 1/2 tsp.) RapidRise yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt.
    Heat milk, water and margarine until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Mix into dry ingredients.
    Add egg and enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth, about 8 minutes.
    Cover; let rest for 10 minutes.
    Divide dough in half. Roll each half to fit two greased 8 or 9-inch square pans.
    Place in pans.
    With sharp knife, cut dough in each pan into 16 rolls; cover.
    Let rise in warm place until double, about 20 minutes. Dust tops with 1 tablespoon flour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
    Makes 32.
