Lime Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cans pineapple juice
    1 1/4 gal. vanilla ice cream
    2 1/2 gal. lime sherbet
    6 large bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    Pour juice into large container.
    Add ice cream and sherbet about 1 1/2 hours before serving.
    After ice cream and sherbet are melted, add ginger ale and stir.
    Serves 100.
