Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) Mexican-style chili beans
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    3+ Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in skillet.
    Add chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add chili powder.
    Crush whole tomatoes and place in crock-pot.
    Add tomato sauce and chili beans.
    Add sugar. Add hamburger mixture to crock-pot. After cooking for 1 to 2 hours, begin tasting and season to your liking.
    Tastes even better if it is cooked one day and refrigerated overnight and then reheat.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
