Mild Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. chopped tomatoes
3 qt. diced peppers
3 qt. chopped onions
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
2 c. vinegar
5 hot peppers, chopped
5 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 small cans tomato paste
1/2 c. cornstarch*
Preparation
-
Cook tomatoes.
Add peppers, onions and rest of ingredients. Cook until done.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
Makes about 20 to 25 pint jars.
