Turkey Tenderloins With Fresh Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. Louis Rich fresh turkey breast tenderloins
    1/2 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 red or yellow pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.
    Add peppers, onion and seasonings.
    Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes until onion is tender.
    Remove from skillet.
    Set aside.
