Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. onions, cut small
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water to prevent sticking
    4 c. water
    1 c. tomatoes, cut small, or canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. carrots, cut small
    1/2 c. potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. rosemary
    2 bay leaves
    1 c. garbanzo or kidney beans, cooked or canned
    1 c. shell or spiral noodles
    1/2 c. green cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos or tamari (natural soy sauce)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Takes about 1/2 hour with canned tomatoes and beans.
