"Ada'S" Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box large macaroni, cooked and drained
    3 c. grated extra sharp cheese
    1 stick butter
    hot milk, scalded (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish with butter.
    Layer macaroni, 1 cup grated cheese and sliced pats of butter until all are used up, then pour about 2 cups scalded hot milk over macaroni.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
